Bowls will come with 1 Palo Santo stick & a sachet of loose sage or bay leaves.
Write a prayer on a piece of paper or write down your goals, fold it up & put it in your bowl. Access your prayers or goals whenever you need inspiration & motivation. Then take time after reading & reflecting to meditate.
