Cancellation Policy

Commitment and Consultation: A consultation is required before enrolling with any of the services and program to ensure it's a good fit for your needs and to be able to personalize merch and strategies specifically for you and your aspirations. Payment and Auto-Charge: By enrolling, you authorize automatic monthly payments for the duration of the program. Your initial payment will be processed upon enrollment. Some of the booking programs require a 6-month commitment. Subsequent monthly payments will auto-charge on the same date each month. Cancellation: Unfortunately, due to the program's structure, there is no option to cancel online. However, you can request cancellation by emailing us at info@tayloredhart.com in the case of an emergency or financial emergency. Refunds: We have a strict no-refund policy for this program and all programs offered. You have up until 7 days before the next auto-charge to cancel a program. You can ONLY request a refund after an auto-charge has been made up to 48 hours after the charge. No exceptions. Please note: This program is designed for consistent practice and results. We encourage you to commit fully to the program for the best experience. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
