While getting back into journaling, writing, and practicing gratitude, I decided also to learn more about practicing meditation. Along the journey, I stumbled upon mindfulness practice, which was a way for me to reset my mindset.

This helped me during meditation,  dealing with my anxiety, and learning to just be in the moment. I want to share what I learned and teach it in the simplest way possible.
